David Sanders - Chairman
David Sanders is a partner in the Adelaide Assurance practice, Ernst & Young and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and registered company auditor. With over 30 years of auditing experience (18 years with Ernst & Young), David has had exposure to a wide range of industries and organisations ranging from small businesses to large corporates.

David was previously a board member of the Operation Flinders Foundation, including 8 years as deputy chairman, and a board member of Eldercare for 11 years, including 7 years as deputy chairman.
Boris Bosnich - Deputy Chairman
Following a successful 15-year career with a leading global logistics organisation, Boris jointly established in 2001 what was to become one of Australia's largest privately held recruitment companies - Challenge Recruitment. Through successful organic and acquisitive growth strategies, Challenge Recruitment grew to revenues in excess of AUD 200M p.a. with over 3500 employees. Boris sold his interest in the business in 2008 as part of an ASX IPO. It was during his time in leading Challenge that Boris was a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

Boris is currently managing a range of venture development projects and capital raisings to accelerate growth strategy execution. These businesses span a diverse range of industries - Enviro-Tech, Bio-Med, Commodity Trading and Aquaculture.
Anthony Chhoy
Anthony is an operating executive and Company Director with a diversified experience in starting up an EdTech company in Adelaide (Makers Empire), operating media and entertainment assets in Central and Eastern Europe and providing assurance and advisory services to global mining, oil and gas companies.
Anthony started his career as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen in Adelaide followed by a two year secondment with EY in London. He spent a decade in London and Prague as the EVP and COO for Central European Media Enterprises Ltd., a NASDAQ listed media and entertainment company. He returned home to Adelaide with his young family at the end of 2013 and co-founded Makers Empire, an EdTech company that helps educators harness the power of 3D design and 3D printing technology to teach STEM, design thinking and project based learning.
Sally Neville
Sally is an advocate and consultant to the hospitality industry. Having owned and operated a number of Adelaide restaurants, cafes and catering businesses for over 20 years, Sally took up the CEO position with Restaurant & Catering South Australia in 2002. Both as a business operator and in executive roles she has great empathy for the hospitality industry and advocates for reform to support the small business sector. She grew and fostered the Association’s business and the industry for 13 years before taking up the National Deputy CEO position in 2014 until 2019. She is consulting to a range of businesses including Tourism & Hospitality. Sally holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, the Company Directors’ Diploma, is a Certified Professional Restaurateur and holds an Associate Diploma in Medical Technology. She is appointed to the SA Training & Skills Commission, is Chair of the Industry Skills Council for Food, Wine Tourism and Hospitality and has been involved in a number of board roles for Government, private and not-for-profit boards.
Ben Murray
Ben is Director of Brighter - one of SA's leading brand and marketing agencies. Ben has provided strategic advice and managed campaigns for some of our state's most recognised names. The Brighter creative team fuse design and strategy to create transformational results for their client's brands.
Barbara Langford
Barbara Langford has been a Montessori teacher for the past 31 years during which time she has established six highly regarded Montessori Early Childhood Education and Care services in Adelaide. Her centres are all rated as ‘Exceeding the National Quality Standard’ and in addition, two of her centres have been awarded the prestigious rating of ‘Excellent’ by the national quality authority, ACECQA. Barbara is a passionate advocate for raising the quality of education and care for young children. She spent many years as the President of both Childcare SA and also Childcare Associations Australia enabling her to champion at both a State and Federal Government level for the benefits of high-quality early education for children.
In addition to maintaining a hands-on teaching role, Barbara also has a consultancy business called Montessori Management and Mentoring (MMM), through which she offers her expertise to deliver presentations, lectures and training and to assist others in the establishment of new centres. Barbara was a recipient of a National Excellence in Teaching Award in 2000 and was a finalist in the Telstra Women in Business Award in 2001. Her goal is to inspire and empower children to make a difference for the future.
