This course is designed for individuals with a leadership position within the food service including head chefs, food and beverage managers, event managers and supervisors.
The Dietary Hawk Responsible Service course is designed to ensure food service staff are aware of the importance of managing dietary requirements and have sufficient knowledge to comply with a dietary requirement management plan.
This course is designed for individuals who are responsible for completing basic tasks in a food service, or anyone looking to improve their knowledge around dietary requirement management.
Coeliac Disease 101 - This course is designed to educate you about coeliac disease and provide you with the skills and knowledge to manage coeliac disease within your home and when eating out of home.
