Dietary Hawk Responsible Person

The Dietary Hawk Responsible Person course is designed to provide individuals with the knowledge and practical skills to develop and implement dietary requirement management plans.

This course is designed for individuals with a leadership position within the food service including head chefs, food and beverage managers, event managers and supervisors.

Dietary Hawk Responsible Service

The Dietary Hawk Responsible Service course is designed to ensure food service staff are aware of the importance of managing dietary requirements and have sufficient knowledge to comply with a dietary requirement management plan.

This course is designed for individuals who are responsible for completing basic tasks in a food service, or anyone looking to improve their knowledge around dietary requirement management.
